I am an Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and website development. I currently work as an IT Support Staff member at Wellbest Merchandising Sales Corp., where I support hardware, software, POS systems, and local servers while developing automation scripts for data backups and server management. Previously, I worked at Alorica as an IT Support – End User Support specialist for the APAC region, providing onsite and remote technical support, workstation deployment, software installation, IT asset management, and user account support. My technical skills include Windows OS installation and configuration, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, Microsoft 365, hardware and software troubleshooting, POS support, data management, and automation scripting. I also have experience in website development and creating practical solutions to improve workflow efficiency. I am a detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-driven IT professional who values system reliability, efficient problem-solving, and excellent technical support.
