  • Cleaning and turnover coordination: Schedules cleaners and turnover inspections between back-to-back bookings, sends confirmation to cleaning crew, and follows up on completion before next guest arrival.
  • PMS (property management system) experience: Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify, OwnerRez, or similar. Ask for which platforms they have managed and whether they have set up automated messaging, OTA integrations, and owner statements.
