Hi, good day! I’m Nahum. I’m based here in Davao City, and I graduated with a degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management. I’ve been working in customer service and sales for a couple of years now. Most recently, I worked at Flatworld Solutions as an outbound account executive for a spa account in the US. In that role, I handled outbound calls to reconnect with previous clients, offered promotions, and helped them book appointments. I also took the time to understand their preferences so I could recommend the right services, which helped improve both customer satisfaction and sales. Aside from calling, I also assisted with scheduling, follow-ups, and making sure everything was organized on the backend. Before that, I was also with Flatworld under a different account where I handled repair and maintenance concerns. I scheduled service appointments, coordinated with technicians, handled billing inquiries, and resolved escalations. I was promoted to Tier 2 within 9 months, which I’m really proud of because it reflects my consistency and how I handle more complex concerns. I also have experience handling inbound support, so I’m very comfortable dealing with different types of customers. Whether they’re happy or frustrated, I always stay calm, listen carefully, and focus on finding the best solution. I’m someone who’s very organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. I can work independently, manage my time well, and make sure tasks are done properly. What really sets me apart is my work ethic.
