I started as Office Manager at a London logistics and removals company and got promoted to General Manager within a year. There were 6 of us when I joined. Now there are 32, and I opened 5 offices in the Philippines and one in Romania along the way. I'm the person who notices what's about to go wrong and fixes it before anyone asks. I built daily and weekly reports so the owner always knows where things stand. I run hiring, onboarding and monthly training, schedule staff, and handle contracts, NDAs and legal paperwork. What I can do for you: calendars, inboxes and follow-ups, project tracking, vendor coordination, hiring and onboarding, CRM updates, and social graphics and short videos in Canva, Photoshop and CapCut. I use Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini every day, and I always check what they give me before it goes out. I'm direct, reliable, and flexible on hours.
