As a credentialing analyst, my role is to make sure all requirements of Nurses and allied are complete, accurate and verified. For medicals, I need to make sure that Drug Screening is taken only on our partnered clinics which is why I use eScreen to schedule it and the rest of the remaining medicals that clinicians have not yet completed like, TB Screening, Physical Exam, Respirator Fit test and more. I have been with the company for 1 year and 6 months now, and I am recognized as a consistent top credentialing Analyst on our LOB the OGP where we are handling international Nurses and Allied that wants to work in the U.S.
