I'm Francis, I've been building web apps for about 18 years now. Started with PHP back in the day, moved into the React and Node.js ecosystem over time. I've worked across a bunch of industries, healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, lead generation. For the past few years I've been in a tech lead role, managing small teams, handling architecture decisions, code reviews, that kind of thing. I also run my own AI product on the side, which keeps me sharp on newer stuff like workflow automation and LLM integrations. I've been fully remote my whole career, so I'm used to working independently and communicating clearly with distributed teams.
