Outbound cold calling to prospects using the dialer and scripts we provide. Automatic and manually dialing the prospects from the CRM. With a minimum of 250 calls per day. Collecting information about the house and forward to the Manager Scheduling follow-up calls for either myself or another team member. Calling callbacks and warm leads to follow-up. Manage batch dialer as the dialer and 3 crm’s here like: FUB-Follow Up Boss, Podio and Apex.
