I've been in the BPO industry for 4 years. Most of my experience is under healthcare, handling inbound and outbound calls. I am currently working as a Patient Care Coordinator for an Ophthalmology clinic based in Washington state, and i'm currently rendering to find new opportunities and to further my career. In my current role, I assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments. I also call patients a week prior their appointments to obtain their medical history and medications for chart completion. I manage faxed referrals from referring providers prior calling patients for scheduling as well. Additionally, I am proficient in handling email correspondence, data entry, and other administrative tasks. I am highly adaptable, quick to learn new systems, and capable of working independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
