I am a hardworking and adaptable person with experience in customer service, outbound calling, and administrative support. In my previous roles, I handled customer concerns, made outbound calls, promoted services, followed up with clients, and organized important information using tools like Microsoft Excel. I consider myself a fast learner who is willing to learn new skills and adjust to different work environments. I am comfortable communicating with different types of people and I always try to provide good service while completing my tasks properly and on time. What sets me apart is my willingness to learn, my patience when dealing with customers, and my attention to detail. I may not know everything yet, but I am always open to feedback and willing to improve.
