Hi there! I’m Monique. I’ve spent the last 8 years working in the BPO industry, helping companies take care of their clients across healthcare, fintech, insurance, and tech support. Over the years, I’ve handled just about every channel imaginable—whether that’s jumping on phone calls, answering emails, or managing live chat queues. What makes my background a bit unique is that I’ve worked on both sides of the coin. On one hand, I’m very comfortable navigating highly regulated, detail-heavy spaces (like resolving complex health insurance claims while strictly maintaining HIPAA compliance). On the other hand, I also have part-time experience as a cold caller, which taught me how to confidently pick up the phone, pitch a service, handle tough objections, and secure leads. Technically, I'm used to hit-the-ground-running tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceNow, so I can adapt to new systems pretty quickly. Ultimately, my goal is always to make your customers' lives easier while keeping an eye out for ways to help your business grow.
