Graphic Designer with Live Event Production & Multimedia Experience

Hi! I’m a creative and versatile designer with almost four years of experience as the sole Graphic Designer at Wish Us Luck Production, a company that organizes K-pop concerts and fan meetings in the Philippines. I started as a volunteer staff member and eventually grew into the company’s sole creative professional as the organization expanded. Throughout my time there, I handled end-to-end creative production for nearly 40 live productions, creating over 30 event posters and 100 creative assets, including digital promotional materials, social media graphics, stage visuals, marketing materials, and event merchandise. I also helped maintain consistent branding across campaigns and departments by developing standardized social media templates and sample sheets that streamlined our creative workflows. Beyond graphic design, my experience in live event production allowed me to take on technical and operational responsibilities. I worked as an A&V Director and Technical Assistant, managing LED screen visuals, multimedia playback, and music cues before and during live shows for audiences of approximately 500–2,000 people. These experiences helped me become more adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure while collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth event execution. Outside of my professional graphic design work, I also have experience in digital art and have previously worked on art commissions. I enjoy exploring different creative fields and continuously learning new skills, which is why I’m also familiar with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and OBS Studio. Additionally, I sometimes assist with my father’s landscaping business, where I gain experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing contracts, and creating proposals. Overall, I consider myself a versatile, curious, and adaptable person who enjoys learning, taking on new challenges, and finding ways to improve my skills. I value opportunities that allow me to combine my creativity, technical knowledge, and organizational skills while continuing to grow professionally and contribute to a team.
