Hi! I'm Cristian James Tingson, an Information Technology graduate with experience in e-commerce operations, web development, customer support, and administrative assistance. I enjoy helping businesses stay organized, improve workflows, and solve problems through technology. I have experience managing e-commerce operations, handling customer inquiries, conducting online research, organizing documentation, and building websites using WordPress, Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. I also developed and published GoCami, a Flutter and Firebase mobile application on the Google Play Store during my internship. What sets me apart is my ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and leverage AI technologies like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Studio to streamline research, content creation, planning, and problem-solving. I'm proactive, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work. Whether you need a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, WordPress Developer, or someone to help organize projects and improve productivity, I'm committed to helping your business grow while continuously learning and adding value.
