Im working as a Direct sale associate-freelancer in Femeldas Trading whithin 2 years. I'm dealing a credit card in any bank. I'm preparing product or services to the customer. I manage large amount of incoming and outcoming calls, resolve the customers complaint, provide accurate, valid, and complete information, verified and cross - checked data entries. I learned how to manage time and task prioritazation, data entry and management , photo and video editing, phoning and emailing. We provide customer service, processing transactions. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I learned comprehensive understanding of the product and services being sold. I'm required also to have a clear communications skills to explain the product. I'd listen to the customer very well to avoid failure or mistakes. I also attended a virtual assistant training to enhance my skills. I organized my by smart planning, focused, prioritizing and manage my time effectively. You can trust me whatever the role you assigned to me because I'm sincere , hardworking, consistent in my work, I like setting goals and focus on delivering good and strong result.
