Hello! I'm Karyl, a Remote Bookkeeper with over 20 years of experience in finance, customer service, and administrative support. Throughout my career with Toyota and Sun Life, I managed financial records, client accounts, reporting, and confidential information with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. To transition into remote bookkeeping, I completed professional training and earned certifications in Xero Level 1 & 2, Xero Payroll, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, and Australian Bookkeeping. I'm comfortable with bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll support, financial record management, and using cloud-based accounting software. Although I'm new to working with bookkeeping clients remotely, I bring years of real business experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to producing accurate, reliable work. As a Computer Science graduate, I'm quick to learn new systems and enjoy working with technology to improve efficiency.
