Senior Healthcare Recruiter
Cavite, Bacoor, Philippines
As a Healthcare Recruiter, my primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and place qualified healthcare professionals in roles that match their skills, experience, and career goals while meeting the staffing needs of healthcare organizations. I serve as the link between healthcare facilities and candidates, ensuring that both parties find the best possible fit. In this role, I manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with clients. I evaluate candidates not only based on their qualifications and experience but also their ability to meet licensing, certification, and compliance requirements within the healthcare industry. I also maintain strong communication with both candidates and healthcare facilities. This includes discussing job opportunities, providing guidance throughout the hiring process, scheduling interviews, and negotiating job offers. Building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals is an important part of the role, as it allows me to develop a reliable talent pipeline for future staffing needs. Additionally, I stay informed about healthcare staffing trends, credentialing requirements, and workforce demands to ensure that I can effectively support clients in filling critical roles. My goal is to help healthcare organizations maintain high-quality patient care by connecting them with skilled and dependable healthcare professionals. Overall, my role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
