I help remote teams run hiring and HR operations that stay organized as they grow. Most recently, I supported recruiting operations for a US-based SaaS company and a boutique recruiting agency. I kept candidate pipelines moving with daily audits and follow-ups, cleared fraud-flagged applications, coordinated interviews, and set up jobs and interview plans in Ashby. I also rebuilt offer and scheduling email templates, built offer and pitch decks for new hires, and documented the full hiring process for every open role in Notion. Before that, I spent nearly three years in HR shared services at Johnson & Johnson, supporting US, Canada and Puerto Rico employees on job changes, benefits, offboarding and employment verification using Workday and Salesforce. I was the team's go-to person for Total Rewards questions, held 98.9–100% SLA adherence, and was named a Top Performer twice. What sets me apart is how I use AI and automation. I've built Claude skills for feedback write-ups, candidate emails and offer decks, connected Ashby to Claude, and set up a Zapier automation that tracked candidate project payments without duplicates. My goal is always fewer manual steps and fewer things slipping through the cracks.
