In my previous role, I handled a combination of technical, administrative, and digital responsibilities. I worked on website development and maintenance using HTML, CSS, C#, Blazor, and .NET, while also assisting with Shopify e-commerce tasks such as uploading landing pages and blogs, updating product prices, and managing data through Matrixify. I also provided IT support by troubleshooting technical issues, configuring biometric devices and IP connections, synchronizing employee attendance logs, and assisting with payroll and timekeeping processes. Additionally, I worked with databases and SQL, used Git and GitHub for version control, and collaborated with the development team on various projects. One of my key achievements was contributing to the development of service platforms and internal business tools, including features for scheduling, vehicle management, vouchers, and sales invoice printing. I also helped ensure accurate and timely payroll and timekeeping reports across multiple branches while resolving technical and data-related issues. These experiences strengthened my problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to adapt to different technical and business requirements.
