Hi. I'm Princess Nicole, a HIPAA-trained Medical Virtual Assistant with more than 3 years of experience as a Virtual Front Desk Specialist. I take pride in delivering precision, protecting sensitive information, and keeping OPERATION organized even during peak hours. What sets me apart is my ability to stay calm, proactive, and organized in fast-paced environments while maintaining clear communication with both patients and providers.

In my previous role, I have supported 23 clinics daily by scheduling appointments for initial evaluations (intake) for follow up visit, reschedule and cancel an appointment using raintree as our EMR, we also conduct virtual patient check-ins using WelcomeWare. While we check them in, we also schedule their follow up visit and collect their deductibles, coinsurances or copays and if it's an initial evaluation visit, I scan their insurance card, RX or referral orders and driver's license. I also handle patient communications through Zoom while ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times, maintaining accurate medical records, assisting with insurance-related concerns, serving as a liaison between patients, providers, and insurance companies. My daily tasks are checking voicemails and relay the information to their respective clinic chats, checking the fax queues like POC, RX or referral orders, authorizations, MD notes and route the files to each patient's chart, check the emails from the back office or patient's request like ZOCDOC and respond promptly, do virtual check ins hourly, take zoom calls. I also text, email or call the patients that will have their initial evaluations or follow up appointment to confirm if they are coming or not or to remind them what to bring on their first visit. I also make my end of day and send it to my clinical manager. Before that, I worked as a Healthcare Service Representative, where I developed strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills by assisting members with healthcare inquiries and resolving concerns over the phone. I am highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented. I enjoy helping patients and making sure they have a positive experience from scheduling through their visit. I'm excited about this opportunity because it aligns closely with my experience in front desk operations, patient scheduling, and customer service, and I believe I can contribute positively to your team from day one.
