During my internship, I was able to gain valuable hands-on experience in IT support and workplace operations. I assisted with day-to-day technical concerns, including troubleshooting computer and software issues, user account management, hardware and software setup, and basic network support. I also helped with Zoom operations, live streaming, and technical setup for meetings and events. In addition, I handled data encoding, document processing, file organization, and the preparation of technical documents, certificates, and presentation materials. One of my achievements during my internship was being able to provide timely technical assistance and help resolve issues encountered by users and staff. I also contributed to the smooth implementation of meetings, events, and online activities by assisting with their technical requirements. Through these experiences, I improved my problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills. Overall, my internship helped me become more confident in applying my IT knowledge in a professional environment and taught me the importance of responsibility, teamwork, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
