Virtual Assistant Project Coordinator | Creative Support
Metro Manila
Hi! I’m Dawn, a creative professional with 4+ years of experience supporting brands, teams, and clients, now offering my skills as a virtual assistant. I’m new to VA work, but my background translates directly to calendar management, client communication, and project coordination. I started my career full-time at Paperplanes Management Corp., where I supported multiple brands, worked directly with the CEO and VP of Creatives, and coordinated with suppliers, designers, and branch managers. I then co-founded Be Club Lifestyle Hub, an events management brand that takes events from concept to execution. There, I manage calendars and projects across creative, marketing, and logistics teams, handle inbox management, and keep clients updated through clear, consistent communication. Alongside this, I’ve freelanced on social media, marketing materials, and shoots for cafe and restaurant brands. What drives me is my passion for community. I believe true growth happens when people help each other through patience, empathy, and clear communication, and I bring that same spirit to every client I support. TOP SKILLS - Calendar, email, and inbox management - Client communication and coordination - Project, task, and event coordination - Social media management and content creation - Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) - Docs, spreadsheets, forms, and presentations (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) TOOLS Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and more. I’d love to be your reliable, proactive assistant. Let’s work together! :)
Be Club Lifestyle Hub, full_time
Oct 2023 to Present
As co-founder of Be Club Lifestyle Hub, I manage both internal operations and external event production. To help our internal team, I manage operations of our creatives, marketing & logistics by keeping them aligned with our events movement. It's also important for us to mentor them towards new skills, integrate our brand values and challenging them towards excellence. For external event production, I collaborate with brand & location partners to help create an event that aligns the theme and create a smooth flowing event. Handling the execution of each event requires not just internal communications, but most specially external collaboration. Bridging that gap may be challenging, but I welcome it and continually learn from each experience. This experience doesn't end here. With background on creatives, I've utilized those skills to create meaningful workshops that spark creativity. Whether it be for public spaces with budding communities or a corporate company giving space for their employees to breathe, spreading creativity through workshops gave a platform to let me grow and let people have a sense of being. For the past years, I didn't just acquired a solid network. I was able to build communities of different niches and events, interacting with people of different walks in life.
Paperplanes Management Corp., full_time
Aug 2022 to Jan 2024
I began my role executing social media content and graphics across multiple brands — but it didn't stay there for long. As I grew within the team, I became a key contributor to major promotional campaigns, producing in-store pubmats that opened doors to cross-departmental collaboration. Working alongside different teams gave me a broader view of how creative work drives business, and I embraced every opportunity it brought. One of the most defining chapters was taking ownership of a restaurant food brand — a role that brought me into close collaboration with interior designers for new store franchise builds, suppliers for publication materials, and branch managers for external communications. Creative shoots, campaign marketing, and brand consistency all fell within my scope. When our Creative Lead was unavailable or when major brand projects called for it, I stepped into team management and creative direction — leading with both structure and heart. It was in these moments that I discovered my strengths most clearly: communication, creative ideation, and the ability to hold a team together while keeping the vision alive. Every project taught me that great creative work is never just about design — it's about people, collaboration, and showing up fully for the brands and teams you serve.
