I help podcast hosts turn raw recordings into fully produced, published episodes, without losing the heart of the conversation. I've been supporting coaches and business owners as a Virtual Assistant since 2019, working across operations, content, and executive support. Along the way, I found myself especially drawn to podcast production, not just the technical side, but the stories and conversations behind every episode. I have a B.S. in Psychology, and I believe that background shapes how I listen. When I'm editing or choosing clips, I'm not just looking for catchy hooks. I'm listening for the moments people recognize themselves in, the unexpected humor, the little nuggets of learning, and the honest, vulnerable conversations that make someone stop and think: "That's exactly how I feel." I believe meaningful content doesn't always need to be loud or perfectly packaged. Sometimes, it's about recognizing a moment worth sharing and giving it the space it deserves.
