Jan 2026 to Apr 2026
Me and 5 other interns took calls from all the departments across the hospital, list their problems regarding their IT equipment, and fix those said problems. Besides that, we were also in charge of refilling their printer inks, setting up seminar presentations, and listed all serial numbers, owners, and relevant information about all IT equipment in Google Sheet, which we also used to make a software program called the Information Technology Equipment Monitoring System, that stores all of these information.
