I build automation systems that take manual work off a team's plate and keep the business running by its own rules. Most recently, I built a multi-pipeline GoHighLevel CRM for a US-based consultancy: 7 pipelines covering sales, onboarding, client success, and billing, plus a support ticketing system with 24/48-hour SLA automations. Deals can't close until contract, payment, and onboarding are confirmed, and every won deal hands itself off to onboarding automatically. I also built AI voice and chat agents inside GoHighLevel, plus IVR call routing, that qualify leads, answer questions in English and Spanish, book appointments, and hand off to the right person. In three weeks they handled 24 calls with 92% positive sentiment and 109 chat conversations. Before that, I spent 2.5 years at DXC Technology as a Cloud Automation Analyst, automating enterprise operations with Power Automate and Power Apps and cutting manual processing time by about 40%.
