I have over 4 years of hands-on Shopify experience, working directly with merchants to manage day-to-day store operations. This includes handling order processing, fulfillment coordination, returns, and inventory updates, as well as resolving customer issues quickly to maintain a smooth shopping experience. In my current role as a Team Leader at Shopify Plus, I’ve supported multiple high-volume merchants, ensuring accurate order tracking, managing 3PL claims, and overseeing integrations within the Shopify admin. I’m very comfortable navigating the full backend of Shopify, whether it’s handling fulfillment workflows, setting up WROs, or optimizing processes for greater efficiency. This level of familiarity allows me not only to manage tasks effectively but also to anticipate potential issues and resolve them before they impact customers which I know is critical for a fast-growing brand like yours.
