Good day! My name is Melody, and I am 24 years old. I recently graduated from the University of Mindanao during the 2025–2026 academic year with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing Management. While completing my studies, I worked as a working student for almost two years, gaining experience in both accounting support and marketing support roles. In my accounting support responsibilities, I assisted with processing invoice payments, maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, tracking customer payments, and ensuring data accuracy using systems such as BC and Simpl. In my marketing support role, I helped prepare sales pipeline reports, sales forecasting reports, and various Excel-based reports used to monitor sales performance and support business decisions. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and have experience using formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUM, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables. I regularly use these tools to organize data, create reports, and analyze information efficiently. Being a working student taught me how to manage my time effectively, prioritize tasks, and balance multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines. It also helped me develop strong attention to detail, adaptability, and communication skills. As a recent graduate, I am excited to continue learning, develop my professional skills further, and contribute positively to a company where I can grow and add value to the team.
