In my role as a customer service representative for a financial account, I worked with that client for almost 5 years and handled various departments. In the welcome department, I welcomed new clients, explained how the program works, and ensured that the information we had on file was correct while making sure the clients were comfortable with their monthly program payments. Next, in the NSF department, I called clients who missed their payments, helping to reschedule them based on the clients' current situations. In the settlement department, I contacted clients to seek their approval regarding the settlements we negotiated with creditors. I also worked in the client service department, where I handled legal documents like summons from clients, ensuring we forwarded these to the legal department and addressed any additional questions to help clients with their debts.
