That usually means digging into how metrics are defined, how teams use reports, and where things tend to break. From there, I build reporting systems that are practical and easy to use. I focus on cleaning and structuring data in a way that makes sense for the business, so dashboards aren’t just accurate, they’re actually useful for day-to-day decisions. Most of my work involves pulling data from different sources, standardizing it, and turning it into a single source of truth across teams. I also think ahead when building, keeping things simple but structured enough to scale as the business grows. I’m pretty low maintenance to work with. I communicate clearly, don’t overcomplicate things, and focus on getting things done without creating extra noise. My goal is to make your data easier to trust and your decisions easier to make.
