Virtual Assistant | Admin Customer Support
Metro Manila
Reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in customer service, healthcare account support, and confidential records management. I've spent the past few years handling sensitive information responsibly, from healthcare-related customer inquiries to managing private records for a 1,000+ member community organization, and I bring that same care to every task I take on. I'm comfortable working independently, communicating clearly with clients and customers, and staying organized across competing priorities. Alongside my administrative background, I'm actively building skills in AI-assisted tools and automation, using them to work smarter, whether that's drafting content, organizing information, or speeding up repetitive tasks.
