I am a detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeper with hands-on training in QuickBooks Online and Xero, supported by a bookkeeping internship and professional certifications. I have developed practical experience performing core bookkeeping tasks, including recording and categorizing financial transactions, managing bank feeds, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. My training includes creating and managing customer invoices, recording supplier bills and expenses, processing customer payments and bill payments, assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows, and ensuring transactions are accurately matched to the correct accounts. I am also experienced in organizing the Chart of Accounts, importing bank transactions, reviewing and resolving discrepancies, and keeping financial data accurate and up to date. In addition, I have hands-on experience generating key financial reports such as the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and General Ledger to support business decision-making. Through my training in QuickBooks Online and Xero, I have also gained knowledge of payroll processing, month-end bookkeeping procedures, and cloud-based accounting best practices.
