I’ve worked as a Recruiting Associate at HIKINEX since November 2024, remotely, for nearly 2 years. I handle full-desk recruitment for local, LATAM, India and US clients across higher education, non-profit, autonomous vehicles, technology (IT, software engineering, TeleOps/Help Desk/NOC), customer service, digital marketing and sales. My work covers sourcing passive and active candidates, warm calls, screening, candidate interviews, interview scheduling, pipeline management and candidate communication. Success is measured by candidate communication, database accuracy, pipeline management and interview scheduling. For one client, I met a target of 8 to 14 calls a day, and for niche non-profit and executive roles, I worked toward 5 qualified candidates per requisition.
