I build automation systems that connect your business tools and cut out manual work, using n8n, APIs, and AI. Recent build: a support inbox triage system for a business drowning in unread emails. 1. It pulls new messages every minute 2. Uses AI to classify intent into one of six categories, 3. Drafts a personalized reply based on the sender's actual question, not a template. 4. Every message, draft, and confidence score gets logged to Airtable automatically 5. If the AI's confidence drops below 80%, the message involves a refund, or it flags something needing a human, the system sends a Slack alert with full context so no one has to dig through apps to catch up. 6. Messages get marked read and labeled by category, so nothing gets processed twice. That's the kind of problem I solve: manual review turned into a system that only interrupts a human when it actually matters. Other systems I've built: 1. Lead capture and qualification, AI scores incoming leads, updates CRM, and sends notifications and draft follow-ups automatically 2. Amazon listing optimizer, built as a paid project for a US distribution company, AI rewrites product copy and a separate validation layer checks it against compliance rules before anything goes live 3. Finance content pipeline, automated research, ranking, and report generation that replaced hours of manual work per day I don't sell tools. I don't sell templates.
