I'm a detail-oriented eCommerce Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in product listing, cross-listing, and inventory management across eBay, Poshmark, Shopify, and Shopee. I use images, UPC codes, and SKU tracking to keep catalogs accurate, and apply SEO copywriting to help listings get found and convert. Beyond the catalog side, I handle dropshipping operations end to end — sourcing, listing, order processing, and fulfillment tracking — and manage customer communication via chat and email using Zendesk. I work well independently and pick things up fast.
