I am Norlie, 27 years old and I am residing in Lanao del Norte Philippines. I've been in the customer service industry for almost 5 years. I was a service appointment coordinator at a car dealership where I take inbound calls to assist customer in booking the customer for service. I also assist with answering some of their inquiries or questions, assist in rescheduling or cancelling appointment if needed and updating customer's info on the CRM. I also do outbound call just to remind customer that their vehicle is almost due for their maintenance service and if they want to pre-book an appointment. I would describe myself as someone who is reliable, dedicated, hard-working, fast learner, flexible and willing to learn or to be trained.
