First and foremost, as for my 1-year work experience as a Customer Service Representative, here are my roles: - Trained for a U.S based retail account, manages inbound calls from customers - Sends email, assist customers with their bank information, tracks the orders, and guides them for a better experience. - Cross-flexed in a grocery and logistics department, took inbound calls from customers to help them with their deliveries. - Pulled-out as a support to help several agents in a team with their questions or queries to assist the customer. During my senior high school years, I have a position as a Secretary in our student council which honed my expertise to manage heavy workloads when handling paper works, narrative reports, documentation, and content writing. I was also part of a campus journalist specifically in Online Publishing where I was an Editor-In-Chief for Feature Article Writing. As we are tasked to design and publish website blogs, I have earned a proficiency in graphics design by utilizing tools in Canva where we create logo, edit PowerPoint, and edit pictures. Aside from that, I was also designated to edit our video teaser. Those hands-on skills that I have experienced throughout the years made me competent and confident that I will be able to deliver a high-quality of service to my potential clients.
