During my internship at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), I provided technical support to over 50 users by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, assisting in network setup and basic router troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations. I also guided users in utilizing basic IT tools and documented technical concerns for proper escalation. As a result, I helped reduce system downtime, improved user productivity through timely support, and contributed to the development of an inventory system that enhanced asset tracking and minimized manual errors
