Through my involvement in projects with educational institutions, community organizations, and cultural partners, I gained practical experience in field operations, documentation, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination. This experience strengthened my adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments while contributing to meaningful arts and community engagement initiatives.

As a Production Manager, I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and creative productions, working closely with teams, suppliers, stakeholders, and local government units to bring concepts to life. My responsibilities include developing production plans, coordinating schedules and logistics, managing resources, supervising event preparations, and ensuring that activities run smoothly from pre-production to actual execution. My experience includes managing local government events in Buenavista, Marinduque, pageants such as Binibining Marinduque, and other community and tourism-related productions. Through these projects, I have strengthened my skills in team coordination, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and on-site production management. I focus on transforming ideas into well-organized, engaging, and memorable experiences while maintaining professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.
Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Libas, contract

As a public servant, I have dedicated my leadership to youth empowerment, community development, and transparent governance. Serving as the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson of Barangay Libas and formerly as SK Federation Vice President of Buenavista, I gained hands-on experience in public administration, youth program development, budget planning, project implementation, and community engagement. My responsibilities include developing youth-centered initiatives, coordinating educational and sports programs, preparing resolutions and development plans, managing public resources, and collaborating with community stakeholders to address local needs. I have also helped organize community activities, learning initiatives, and youth development programs that encourage participation and create meaningful opportunities for young people. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, communication, decision-making, and project management skills. I believe that public service goes beyond holding a position; it means being accountable, listening to the community, and turning commitments into tangible results. I bring this same sense of responsibility, initiative, and purpose to every professional opportunity I pursue.
