Most business owners lose deals not because their offer is weak—but because their pipeline is inconsistent, their data is messy, and follow-ups fall through the cracks. That's the operations gap. And it's quietly costing them revenue every week. Over the past 2 years, I managed outreach pipelines across Asian markets—researching and verifying 36,6000+ LinkedIn profiles, executing 10,000+ outreach touchpoints, and maintaining a 26% average reply conversion rate consistently. I also built a custom Python script to automate lead matching when manual process weren't fast enough—because I don't wait to be told when something can be done better. Here's what disappears when you work with me: - Unwanted, duplicate-free prospect lists - CRM records that are outdated or incomplete - Follow-ups that nobody sent because nobody had time - Weekly reports you have to chase your VA for What improves: - A clean, verified pipeline updated daily - Outreach that actually gets replies - Data your leadership can make decisions from - An operator who flags problems before they become yours Available for part-time and full-time remote roles. I work independently, communicate proactively, and deliver without hand-holding.
Silicon Valley Associates Recruitment, full_time
May 2024 to Mar 2026
I support outreach campaigns across Asian markets (Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong) as a part of a recruitment research team: building lists, enriching data, and keeping pipelines moving week after week. Day-to-day, I research and profile LinkedIn prospects, manage outreach trackers, and prepare weekly performance reports that help the team make smarter decisions on campaign strategy. Over the past two years, I've research 36,600+ profiles and helped drive 10,000+ outreach touchpoints (which I'm pretty proud of). Tools I work with regularly: LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets, Skrapp.io, Apollo.io, LinkedHelper, and Ceipal.
Freelance, freelance
Jul 2023 to Dec 2026
During this period, I took on academic writing projects covering topics in Computer Engineering and emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and Automation. I managed everything independently: from scoping client requirements to delivering final drafts, while juggling multiple projects at once and never missing a deadline. It was a great exercise in self-discipline, clear communication, and producing quality work under pressure, all of which I carry into my remote work.
Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, internship
Jun 2023 to Aug 2023
As part of my internship at RCBC, I designed and built the UI/UX for an internal web dictionary tool called CATA. I handled the interface from concept to implementation using Figma, HTML, Django, Bootstrap, and CSS and collaborated with my co-interns using Git and Docker throughout the project. It was my first real taste of working within a structured corporate tech environment, and it taught me a lot about building user-friendly tools that real people actually use.
