Maintain and enhance a production accounting ERP used in daily business operations, delivering new features, resolving production issues, and working directly with clients and stakeholders to turn business requirements into practical software solutions. Improved a major SQL performance issue where customer selection took around 30 seconds, reducing load time to under 1 second. Built a custom batch-pricing workflow for transactions involving 1,000–2,000 batched items, reducing a roughly 30-minute manual pricing process to 2–3 minutes. I also developed an automated multi-location inventory transfer process triggered during invoicing, cutting manual processing from 10–15 minutes to approximately 2–3 minutes. Contributed features and KPI logic to the company’s internal performance scorecard system, including a detailed role and individual score breakdown that made previously opaque calculations auditable by staff. I was also assigned to the Active Field Sales mobile application, helping migrate the legacy sales client to a new Flutter architecture on the frontend. Additionally, I integrated Claude Code into my development workflow and created custom agent skills that convert informal client requests into structured specifications and numbered acceptance criteria.

Design and deliver custom software solutions for SMEs, handling projects across the full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and system design to backend development, frontend implementation, database integration, testing, and deployment. Built and deployed an on-premise sales and inventory system for Toyang’s Store consisting of a WPF POS terminal and React + TypeScript web administration system backed by a shared ASP.NET Core API. The system covers sales processing, inventory management, cashier shifts, customer credit, user management, and day-to-day store operations. Co-developed an e-commerce platform for MPM Furniture, contributing roughly half of the backend development across secure payment processing, data management, and user account functionality. Built an online marketplace for Farmers Market in Glan, providing separate buyer and farmer workflows so local producers could list products and reach more customers. I also developed data-management modules and implemented the email service for the Anvy Resort online booking system. My freelance work focuses on practical, maintainable applications tailored to real client workflows, with an emphasis on usability, reliability, performance, and scalable database-driven architecture.
