I'm Josh, a Social Media Manager and Executive Assistant with 3 years of remote experience supporting US-based clients. Most owners need both: someone to run the content, and someone to run the day. I do both, so you're not managing two people. On the social media side: content strategy and calendar planning, content creation and scheduling, short-form video editing, graphics, community engagement, and monthly performance reporting that feeds the next month's plan. I've managed accounts for clients in health and wellness, life coaching, sales coaching, and financial consulting, and I ran a founder's company channels with a focus on YouTube. On the executive assistance side: calendar management, email and inbox management, team coordination, project and deadline tracking, business correspondence, travel booking, and expense tracking. 16 months of it full-time for a US-based founder in advertising and marketing. Tools: Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Metricool, YouTube Studio, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp, Trello, Airtable. I work independently, I ask before I assume, and I follow through without needing a reminder. Philippines-based, 40 hrs/week on US hours
