Stop Wasting Time on Manual Tasks. Let’s Automate Your Business. Hi, I'm Jonel, an Automation Specialist who builds custom n8n workflows and GoHighLevel (GHL) systems for small businesses and agencies that are drowning in manual data entry, missed follow-ups, or disconnected tools. I don't just connect apps — I design systems that handle real business logic: duplicate prevention, lead matching, call tracking, multi-step follow-up sequences, and CRM automation. Recent work: - Built a Zoom CRM integration for a client — auto-logs every call, matches it to the right contact/lead, and updates the sales pipeline in real time. - Built cold email outreach systems (Apollo.io + n8n + Gmail) with personalized HTML templates, industry-based hooks, and automated follow-up sequences. - Built GoHighLevel (GHL) automated snapshots, funnels, and CRM workflows seamlessly integrated with external APIs via n8n. - Built a Facebook Messenger chatbot integrated with CRM for automatic lead capture and response. What I can build for you: - GHL & CRM Automation — complete GoHighLevel setup, snapshot builds, pipeline management, and syncing leads/deals across EspoCRM, HubSpot, or GHL with zero duplicate records. - Lead Gen & Outreach Systems — automated prospecting, personalized email sequences, and reply tracking. - AI-Powered Workflows — ChatGPT/OpenAI integrated into support, content, or data processing tasks. Tools I work with: n8n, GoHighLevel (GHL), Make, Zapier, HubSpot, EspoCRM, Zoom Phone API, Meta/Facebook API, Google Workspace, Apollo.io, OpenAI API If your business runs on spreadsheets, copy-pasting, and "let me check and get back to you," let's talk.
