Hi, I’m Hexelone, but you can call me Hex. I’m a Statistics graduate with over six years of experience in data analytics and reporting, mainly supporting operations, healthcare, research, and finance teams. A big part of my work has always involved running recurring and ad-hoc reports, handling large datasets, and turning raw data into insights that help teams make better decisions. In my previous roles as a Data Analytics Specialist, Business Analyst, and BI Developer, I regularly pulled data from multiple sources using SQL, consolidated and validated it in Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI, and ensured everything was accurate before sharing with stakeholders. I’m used to tracking performance over time, identifying trends, and spotting inconsistencies or unusual patterns in the data. I’ve worked in an HMO organization where I analyzed healthcare and operational data, built dashboards, and supported internal reporting. I also supported research reporting at Google Operations Center, where I used Python for data transformation and preparation for customer satisfaction studies. In addition, I developed KPI dashboards for medical professionals to monitor productivity and revenue, and built financial and operations dashboards for accounting firm clients, analyzing WIP, billing, and performance trends using SQL and Power BI. I’m very comfortable working independently, managing multiple reporting requests, and meeting deadlines. Accuracy is something I take seriously, especially since the reports I produce often support financial and operational decisions. Overall, my experience has focused on reporting, trend analysis, and delivering clear, reliable insights that teams can confidently use for decision-making.
