I've been working as a Virtual Assistant | Data Entry Specialist in Pacific Dermatology for 11 months. My task is to create a patient's chart in every referral that was sent to me coming from their Provider which I recieved through fax. I collect patient's information (personal bio, insurance, medical records, Provider's progress notes, procedures and diagnosis etc,) and input/upload it all to their chart so that the front office will see thier information once they walk in to the office or clinic using our system which we called Athena. The task both needs accuracy and effeciency, the information that we input to the patient's chart should has no errors so that the system will allow them to proceed on their visit and at the same time, I should work fast because I need to exceed to our productivity time and total charts created that was given to me by the client, the goals need to reached everyday. Other work that I did is to check the email for updates, report my performance to our lead, access insurance portals to directly get the patient's information or refferrals and MOM in huddle. My skills is Data Encoding, Customer Service Representative and doing Admin Task.
