Hi, I’m Cess, a Business Intelligence Developer with 11 years of experience in the IT industry, including 7 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics. I started my career in IT and gained experience in reporting and data-related roles before moving into Business Intelligence. I began working with Power BI as a Reports Analyst in the BPO industry, where I supported business-as-usual operations by troubleshooting existing reports, making enhancements, and developing dashboards based on business requirements. For the past four years, I have been working as a BI Developer in a US-based healthcare BPO company. I have experience working with data modeling, data transformation, reporting automation, dashboard development, and data visualization. As our organization transitions toward Microsoft Fabric, I have also been expanding my knowledge of Fabric and modern data analytics solutions.
