Hi! My name is Rachelle. I have 6 years of experience in a call center set up for a Canadian company and worked in a WFH setup that started when the pandemic hit until 2023. Part of my experience in the call center industry is doing customer service with sales handling queries through chat and calls. Given that experience, I believe that I will be able to provide good and quality service to my future clients. I don't have any extended experience as a freelancer, but while I am on a career break while transitioning from BPO to freelancing, I am focusing on developing skills relevant to remote administrative and customer support roles. I handled my sister's FB page as her SMM and also did some data entry tasks for my small hobby business. I managed to get a client for an Amazon data entry position, and I worked for the client for a month.
