Over the past five years, I have developed and led operations across digital marketing, e-commerce, and systems implementation. As an Operations Director and previously a Technical Operations Manager, I spearheaded initiatives that streamlined workflows, automated key business processes, and aligned teams to meet KPIs. My work consistently centered around improving efficiency, developing systems, and ensuring that people, processes, and technology all worked seamlessly together. In addition to overseeing recruitment, payroll, and compliance, I have built and deployed advanced automations through tools such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, and Make.com. I also designed SOPs, reporting dashboards, and productivity trackers that gave leadership visibility into performance metrics and allowed teams to make data-driven decisions.
