Hi my name is Lovely, and I have worked as a Senior Client Support Specialist or simply a Senior Back Office Associate for the last 2 years. In my previous job, I handled a wide scope of tasks including administrative work, billing, queue and photo review, invoicing, inspections, appointment setting, and few more tasks which I spontaneously learn if there were backlogs and unexpected absences from the team. My coworkers have said that I am skillful and adaptable. I earned the Senior position during the first 6 months of my career. I excel at organizing works fastly while ensuring the quality of my performance at the same time. I am capable in managing different tasks in accordance to the target result, and I am excellent in communicating in English written or verbally either way.
