Digital Media Specialist | Short-Form Video Editor
Misamis Oriental
Hi, I'm Paulo, a video editor based in Cagayan de Oro. I edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and I focus on catching attention fast and keeping it with tight pacing, clean captions, and sound that helps instead of distracting. I also do longer storytelling edits, including color and audio cleanup, and commercial work like ads, promos, and real estate videos. A bit about my background: I was Head Editor and VP of Events Media with SBMA Press and JPMAP at Liceo de Cagayan University, where I handled video production and publishing from start to finish. I also studied real estate management and have worked in sales, so when I edit, I think about what the viewer should do at the end, not just how the video looks. The tools I use: DaVinci Resolve for cuts, color, and audio (Fairlight) CapCut Desktop for quick edits and captions Lightroom and Canva for photos, thumbnails, and marketing graphics If you have footage that needs shaping into something people actually want to watch, send me a message. I'd be glad to work with you.
