I’m an IT professional with a background in IT Service Management, Problem Management, technical support, operations, and project coordination. I recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management in Information Technology, strengthening my skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, documentation, and process improvement. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with cross-functional teams, managed competing priorities, coordinated activities, tracked KPIs and deliverables, and supported process improvements in fast-paced environments. I’m experienced with tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and other business systems. What sets me apart is my combination of hands-on IT experience and formal project management training. I understand the technical side of technology projects while also being comfortable coordinating people, processes, timelines, and deliverables. I’m particularly interested in project coordination, IT project management, PMO, and technology-focused projects where I can apply my existing experience while continuing to grow as a project management professional.
