We also arrange car bookings if guests want transportation services for the day, and we regularly update room statuses. We communicate with the housekeeping department to keep track of needs and updates. I also prepare Statements of Account for functions such as weddings or birthdays. In addition, I perform night audits to update room charges before guests check out.
