Rizal
I bring over five years of experience across administrative support, corporate research, customer service, and multimedia production. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on turning complex tasks into streamlined, reliable processes while maintaining strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. I’ve handled website updates, social media scheduling, sponsor outreach, and operational coordination as an Admin Staff, while also delivering empathetic, results-driven support as a Customer Service Representative for an Australian account. In offshore administrative roles, I managed property inspections, maintained databases, optimized schedules, and ensured quality control across multiple platforms. As a Multimedia Producer Intern, I created videos and graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and Canva, ensuring brand consistency across content. Most recently, I conducted targeted product research using Meta Ad Library to identify high-potential products for specific markets. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can combine organization, research, creativity, and clear communication to contribute meaningfully to team success.
